What is the little "A" icon on each product page?

This is the downloadable and printer-ready application. We have provided on our site high-resolution applications for some of the products we offer. These applications have been stored on our website as Adobe Acrobat files. This is far more efficient than having them faxed over, and the print quality is higher.

What's Adobe Acrobat?

It is the most popular format for on-line, print-ready documents.

What do I need to do to view and print them?

You must have the free Adobe Acrobat viewer on your computer. Most newer computers come pre-installed with this. If you click on the application icon and it does not display the application after a short delay, you need the viewer. The viewer can be downloaded for free from the Adobe Corporation website at this address:

It's taking too long to download them, is everything okay?

This depends on your connection speed and other things. Please be patient and let the application download. Over a normal internet connection it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to download. The reason they take a while is that they are high-resolution for quality printouts.
